How far is Casa Fragata from the beach?
Playa de Punta Prima is 280 metres from the gate, a four-minute walk. It is a sandy beach that stays quieter than the Torrevieja town beaches, with a beachfront bar and restaurant.
Is the pool private?
Completely. The garden is walled and fenced on every side and nobody overlooks it, so the pool, cabana and loungers are yours alone.
Do I pay when I book?
No. You choose your dates and book online, and we confirm by e-mail with your guest guide. Payment and key handover are arranged directly with your host, AM Costa Blanca, before arrival.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 15:00. On the morning of your arrival you receive an e-mail with the key handover details.
Is there parking?
Yes, you park inside the gate on the property, using the remote opener handed over with the keys.
Can you stock the fridge before we arrive?
Yes. After booking, send us a shopping list from your guest guide and we fill the kitchen before you arrive, for a €25 service fee plus the cost of the goods. Beach and baby equipment can be rented the same way.
